After breakfast, explore the desert near the Algerian border, black volcanic rocks, and nomadic families. Visit tiny Berber villages and enjoy a Gnawa music performance in Khamlia. In spring, spot flamingos at Ait Sareji Lake. Return to your riad to rest before your camel trek into the dunes at sunset. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp with dinner, music, and a starry sky.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Tinghir – Dades Valley

Wake early for sunrise over the dunes, then head to Rissani to visit its historic souk and market. Continue through Tinghir towards the Dades Valley for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, explore the Dades Valley and drive the Piste des Mille Kasbahs by 4×4. Pass through Berber villages like Boutghrar and meet nomad families living in caves before arriving in Ouarzazate.
