A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total tour price or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.
Final payment must be made on the first day of the tour.
Payments will be in cash, but can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal with small extra fees 4.5 % .
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Euros and are based on current rates at the time of booking.
Any changes in price will be communicated before final confirmation.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions
Our tours generally include:
Transportation as specified in the itinerary
Accommodation, Breakfasts and some dinners, and activities as detailed in your booking confirmation
Professional English- or French-speaking drivers (depending on your choice)
Not included unless stated:
International or domestic flights to/from Morocco
Travel insurance
Personal expenses, tips, and optional activities
4. Cancellations and Refunds
By the traveler:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable costs (such as prepaid accommodations or activities)
7 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
5. Changes to Itinerary
While we strive to follow the confirmed itinerary, changes may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are expected to respect local customs, follow safety guidelines, care for the environment, and adhere to the rules set by tour operators and accommodations. Personal belongings and valuables are the traveler’s responsibility
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal belongings, and emergencies.
8. Complaints
Any complaints should be communicated immediately to our staff or guides so we can attempt to resolve the issue on the spot.
If unresolved, please submit your complaint in writing within 10 days after the end of the tour.
